I love brisket but a lot of places shave brisket. Roast beef gets shaved. That makes me think it's tough or over done and they shave it to cover up a problem.

Very good service and food. Entrees are large portion sizes, two of us could have split one order. The homemade barbeque sauces where very delicious and recommend on the brisket!
