Since my first visit about a year ago I've had nothing but kind and helpful technicians take care of my car. That is why I still go out of my way to take my car to this specific Duke of Oil. Unless I have a bad experience, I'll keep going there.
Came in for an oil change and was out in less than 10 minutes. I am so pleased with the service I recieved. Derrick was so kind and very informative for me. I'm a young woman and have found some workers in the automotive industry to be very sexist and talk down to me. Derrick was not like the others at all. Very respectable and I'm so pleased!!!
Don't waist your time! Go to the highland location! The guys at the Munster location are lazy. Told me they couldn't do my oil change. When I called the manager after being sent away, he also tried to explain why they couldn't change my oil. I go to highland location next day and tell them what I was told. They had no problem changing my oil, and it was done quickly!
