Customer since 1990. Cutting and styling what little hair I have left takes 10 minutes. $18 for a simple haircut like mine is unreasonable.
Wait is way too long. Over an hour and counting. Plus several people who came in after me got taken care first because they only wanted cuts. Hhhmmm. I'm going to end up paying close to $100 for the work on my hair as opposed to the simple cut $18. I think there priorities are backwards. Time for me to find a new hairstylist.
Management and corporate needs to find a way to fix this.
That calculates to $108 per hour! I know lawyers that don't charge that much.
Terrible!! I went in with waist length hair and asked for a bob. She ended up butchering my hair. Left with an uneven bob. I actually had a co-worker ask me if I'd cut it myself. I went to get it "fixed" and was left with shorter, uneven, choppy hair.
Very friendly, professional and Tracey is awesome. She does my eyebrows and she doesn't make everyone look the same. Your eyebrows are styled according to your facial features not cookie cutter brows. She also cuts my son's hair and he is most satisfied.
Michelle has been very good to my family. She is an expert stylist & hair colorist. She always does an amazing job.
