Rude staff. Clothing is never ready as promised. Over priced.
I have my blankets cleaned here. So far so good. They always give me a 20% discount even if I dont have the coupon that is in the magazine sitting on their window ledge. The girls are very friendly. I must say, alot of the customers have attitudes. as I patiently wait for my items, so many rude demanding and Cocky customers walk in and demand immediate service. Even though they can clearly see the girls are already assisting other people who were there first. ...BEFORE them. Service is great, staff is very friendly and attentive.
The girl taking care of me was rude and told me I couldn't use my 20% ofd coupon when picking up my clothes and that it had to be given at drop off time.
Based on my girlfriend's experience (her words): If I could give no stars, that would be too much. This place is WAY over priced and if you need anything ON TIME DO NOT go here. I dropped off my items on a Thursday night told me they would be ready by Monday after 5, sure enough pull up at 5:30 walk in and she tells me they have 2 of the 3 items not the jacket. THEY HAVE MY BELT...but not my jacket.. how does THAT work?! I said why does it say after 5 if you don't have my items, I told her I would like a discount, she stated "it doesn't work that way" She said I can offer you a coupon, I said I have those..and she starting laughing. The girl that i delt with was so rude and didn't offer me any kind of solution except "i can call you tomorrow as soon as it gets here" i paid in full then left. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!
