First time staying at SpringHill Suites. It has by far exceeded my expectations. Beds are comfortable, room was very clean, guest services attendants are nice, good location close to resturaunts...and only about a 40 minute drive into downtown Chicago. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We were tired coming in at midnight. Heather at the front desk gave exceptional customer service. She provided us a great rate for a suite. The beds were super comfortable. The room was spacious. A lot to boast about. Enjoyed the breakfast. We will stay every time we come to town.
My family needed a place to stay over the Christmas holiday, with enough room for 5 of us, a continental breakfast, a pool, and all for a great price... the SpringHill Suites in Munster checked all of those off our list! We had a great stay, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was perfect, with plenty of space for all of us and stuff. The location of the hotel is perfect, not too far away from the interstate and minutes from dining and shopping. Our visit brought us here in the winter, but there is a wonderful park directly across the street and would be perfect for a family looking to help their kids “get the wiggles out!” Great place to stay at a great price!
New and clean hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Beds are comfortable- firm but soft. And they don’t bounce all around with every move, like so many other hotel beds do. Breakfast was a great variety— they even had fresh spinach to add on top of scrambled eggs! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful place to stay overnight.
