I will call again if I have a problem, I had water in my basement for 2 weeks. I had 2 different plumbers come out and could not find the problem, feikema did their job and found the problem, thank you!
Dirk did one job for me with no issues. I tried to schedule a second job for this morning. I never heard from the worker that was supposed to be here. Then an hour after his scheduled arrival time I finally got ahold of the guy myself and he told me it would be another several hours before he could get here. Very unprofessional. I do not have an entire day to sit here waiting for them to show up for a scheduled appointment.
