I decided to use Monica as my travel agent for my wedding and couldn't have made a worse decision. Many of my guests reported that she was rude and disrespectful when they had to work with her. Upon arriving at my destination, we discovered she did not book us the correct room. I called Monica hoping she would take care of her mistake but I was greatly disappointed. She treated me the same as my guests. She blamed me for the mistake even after I was able to provide the emails in which we discussed the room we wanted to book. Then she lied and said she talked to me about it on the phone even though I clearly have the emails the prove otherwise. Even after I was able to get her all of the proof that she clearly made a mistake and that she clearly lied about the phone conversation, she was unable to admit her fault. She made me feel horrible during what is supposed to be one of the happiest weeks of my life. She said mean and hurtful things even though she was in the wrong. I definitely should have taken my business elsewhere. I would not suggest working with Monica or anyone she is associated with. If you do choose to do so, I would definitely double check everything to make sure she doesn't make the same mistakes for you as she did for me.
