Never going there again!
I waited at the drive thru window for approximately 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then, I proceeded to sit in line for another 15 minutes as people walked by the window and the person working the window literally got off her shift, gathered her belongings and left the building. All while 2-3 other employees saw me sit at the window. In total, I was stuck in the drive thru for more than 40 minutes with only one other person in front of me and no one inside the restaurant. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Never again.
Always good burgers and I like the service. It's better than Five Guys.
We love coming here. Never had a bad meal. There fries are absolutely the best around. The burgers are delicious but my favorite thing is the chicken fingers. I love the breading they use and they are made fresh not that frozen junk from McDonald's or Wendy's. The only thing I don't care for is the cheese dip for the fries..it is mixed with what tastes like honey mustard and I dislike mustard but maybe others will like it. It just wasn't for me.
Not very friendly people! and Not sure where they get their training but this is the second time I ordered a salad and they put it at the bottom and dumped all the fries and chicken fingers on top. Why would they put a cold salad mixed in with very hot fries and food? Common sense people!!!!
I also ordered 2 separate orders and asked for them to be put in separate bags and they couldn't even handle that! Everything came in one large bag!
Love the food! Service was impeccable. Was personally helped out by the GM and he made sure I was more than satisfied. Kevin made my experience great! Best burger I've ever had for the price! 14/10 would reccomend.
