I ordered the Truffle macaroni and cheese. Big mistake. It was a bowl of Luke warm marcaroni noodles topped with a Cold Thick GLOB of salty truffle goo/brown cheese? I emailed the website and told them how awful it was .. he said he would send a coupon refund but I never got it. I won't be ordering that again.
Ordered dinner today and had a mix-up with my order. The manager on duty, Marisol immediately corrected my order and had it ready in no time. My husband and I frequent this location often and Marisol made the difference in keeping a happy customer. She was very personable and accommodating making sure her customer was satisfied. Those qualities make for a great manager which is exactly what Marisol possessed.
Food is good. However, every single time I place an order it is wrong. Every single time! I should blame myself for continuously giving them a chance because they are literally across the street from my work. If it’s not forgetting one thing it is forgetting another. They need to either hire more help or hire people who can take orders and fufill orders correctly. There is nothing more frustrating when you’re hungry and you get a salad with no dressing, or a salad missing the chicken, or just the wrong food entirely. Thanks again Munster Nodles for screwing up yet another meal!
Noodles has a true variety of food, and uses high quality ingredients. Substitution is ok, and this is one of our favorite places to eat. It is not fast food, but it's definitely quicker than a full service restaurant. There really is something for everyone, and if you are not into noodles, you can skip them and get a spinach wrap...the inside is still pretty darned tasty!
Really great selection. Love their Mac n cheese! Comes in a big bowl. Inside, there is plenty of good seating. The people are very friendly and courteous.
