Went to Rush orthopedic at Munster to have Dr. Nam examine my knee. Check in was easy and quick. The office was clean and the staff were very pleasant to work with. My exam began right on time. X rays were taken and I saw the Dr. within 5 minutes. He explained what was wrong with my knee and how he would go about to repair it. He talked about what I could expect from the surgery. I was very happy and pleased with the experience and have scheduled my surgery.
Very knowledgeable, Polite and thorough. I had a doctor before him that misdiagnosed my condition. Since I've been seeing doctor Yanke I feel better and stronger. Also, Pa Leigh is great and responds to correspondence quickly. They are a great team!!!
I was totally impressed with the facility and more importantly, the personal was so gracious, so helpful and so pleasant. They made me feel like they really cared about me as a person.
Dr Della Valle is very thorough. Had a total knee revision done in November of 2016. His offices, both at Rush downtown and Munster are run so beautifully, I wish all Dr offices were run this way! I would recommend Dr Della Valle to anyone needing orthopedic surgery.
Now, about Dr. Nam, Dr. Nam has a winning personality. He is very professional and at the same time he makes you feel at ease. He answers the questions you want to ask before you get the chance to ask them. The Dr. exudes extensive knowledge of the procedure to be performed.
I took my daughter in August. Was easy to get an appointment the offices as very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. We came back in December for a second injury and our appointment went just as well as the first. Since the Dr was going out of town next week he made sure to look at her MRI and see her again after the MRI the same day. Best service ever. Definitely recommend going there if you need to see an ortho.
