Great experience with the doctors but the main office doesn't answer phones and can't make appointments for several days at a time. On Monday they advised that a car hit a power pole so they couldn't make appointments. It is now two days later and they still can't make appointments. The scheduler in the main office (Chicago Ridge) told me it isn't their problem - it is Com Ed and AT&T's problem so everybody just has to deal with it. Fortunately my need wasn't a surgery related or urgent.
