Love Dr. Ticho and his team! They've help my son with his eyes for a couple years now and even had to do surgery. They are awesome!
We were referred to The Eye Specialist Center by our doctor. We made an appointment in advance as is the usual practice. On the day of our appointment they required us to prove our adopted daughter was ours. They would not accept her birth certificate showing us as her new parents.
The receptionist Vicki was exceptionally rude!
My 4 year old daughter has been seeing Dr Birva Shah since she was 1 for her glasses. She loves going to her! She is very personable and my daughter talks to her about shopping.
Everything from the doctor's to the staff they are awesome... They have been following my 25 wker since he was born!!! He's now 4 and recieved his first pair of glasses before the age of 1....What a difference they have made for my son... It was like he was seeing for the first time!!!
